Authentic Sichuan and northern Chinese cuisine, which is a nice addition to the Shanghainese restaurant that line the main section of Ashfield. You should definitely give it a try, particularly if you like a bit of chilli.

Really authentic northern Chinese food. The interior is a bit dated, but the friendly service more than makes up for it, and the prices are reasonable. They have a liquor licence. We'll be back.

A hidden gem of northern Chinese restaurant.Went there during lunch. The owner served us. Very attentive and welcoming.After all the dishes we ordered served, the owner saw we got kids with us, he decided to gave us an extra dish as dessert. The crispy sugar coated sweet potato which I is kids favourite. Thanks for the generosity.All the dishes are authentic taste.Recommended for group of friends and family.

Very popular restaurant. We had to share a table because it was so busy! The food was delicious. We ordered Eggplant with Potato and Cups, Sweet & Sour Crispy Pork, and Jelly Salad. I especially loved the first two. They are super flavorful and authentic. The owner was also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place l'd come back to!

Came back again for the best fried green beans in Ashfield! Very tasty, home style Chinese restaurant at an upstairs venue. The manager is very friendly and the food is great. We also tried the chilli tofu and pork and chives dumplings, which were great.There is beer available - Tsing Tao and Corona - as well as soft drinks.We will be back again.

My friends and I went there twice in 2 days, that’s how amazing it is! Randomly ordered several dishes, they are all yummy! Very authentic hometown food. Will go back again next time in Sydney.

Excellent little restaurant hidden away in Ashfield, away from all the lines and hustle on the main strip. I've been here over 10 years ago, but although the name has changed and the owner has changed, the flavors have remained the same.Owner was extremely welcoming and the serving sizes were way beyond expectations. We had enough takeaway for the following nights dinner.Will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place if you're in the area. Personal favorites include their fragrant pork (鱼香肉丝), hot and sour soup and sweet and sour pork.
